Header Delivery System
Our common header delivery system (HDS) allows access to pipes in fired heaters previously inaccessible and "unpiggable." Each HDS is custom designed and built for the refinery's asset to ensure that downtime is minimized. We have deployed our HDS intelligent pig assets technology to mechanically decoke refineries around the world.
What makes the Header Delivery System unique?
This tool is used to help access tubes inside heaters with a common header. Typical uses are to smart pig and mechanical de-coke fired heaters in refineries, chemical plants, and steel mills.
