Steady Flux has teamed with Quest Integrity to design and create an external pipe inspection vehicle for the oil and gas industry. This device is fully adjustable for pipes between 3.5" and 8" diameter to inspect for out of roundness and crack detection. This innovative design can be adjusted to the rough diameter of the pipe in the shop, and fine tuned in the field only using a minimal set of tools. Titanium construction ensures a light weight vehicle that is resistant to corrosion and material contamination. Steady Flux performed all the design, engineering, drafting, and aided in the prototype construction.
